Effective staff development in sales

Learning to sell successfully is quite possible: The VBC concept is an individual training programme for sales staff and sales executives. The training is based on your potential and development goals and generally runs alongside your career over a period of between 6 months and 5 years. For this purpose, a variety of teaching methods and media are used which are tailored to the individual needs and the sales practice of the individual sales person (TriStream®). The focus is on a holistic approach – alternating between phases of classroom learning, phases of self-learning and practical application. Media such as books, audio books, elearning and a virtual classroom can be used individually as support. The participants are supported by tutors throughout their training. Of course, VBC tutors have many years of sales experience themselves – true to the motto "Practitioners for practitioners".

VBC collaborates in the development of its methods and products with top partner institutions and universities such as the University of Vienna and Danube University Krems. This ensures a dialogue between science, research and practice.
