Here’s how to obtain professional support in practice
Following completion of VBC retail training sessions, the implementation of the seminar content at the workplace and in practice will be supported by professional coaching. The participants will be accompanied by a combination of “on-the-job training” and individual coaching sessions in which the learning experiences and their practical application as well as the resulting topics and opportunities will be discussed. By individual agreement, up to 5 employees can be coached per day.
