Over the course of a TriStream® training programme, participants learn about many different important sales topics and tools over a longer period of time. Of course, each participant concentrates especially on the content and key skills of prime importance to them. This may result in topics that are also important, but not initially of such high priority being pushed into the background over time and thus out of the focus of attention. Refresher packages, comprising elearning, online learning reflection and final tests, allow past content to be recalled and thus brought back into the focus of individual learning projects. In combination with mentoring in particular, it is thus an effective instrument for completing personal sales skills.
